What the delivery service covers

When you ask for delivery, we bring the battery to your home, shop, office or parking spot and fit it there. The service covers:

• Car and SUV batteries, fitted in place of the old one, with the terminals cleaned and tightened.
• Bike and scooter batteries, fitted and checked before we leave.
• Inverter and home UPS batteries, including tubular batteries, connected to your existing inverter.
• Commercial, three-wheeler and tractor batteries, where the vehicle can be reached safely.

What happens during fitting

For a vehicle, we check that the new battery matches the old one in size, terminal position and capacity before removing anything. The old battery is disconnected safely, the tray and terminals are cleaned, and the new battery is clamped and connected. We then start the vehicle to confirm it is charging normally.

For an inverter, we switch the system off, disconnect the old battery, connect the new one with the correct polarity and check that the inverter charges it. Tubular batteries are heavy, so we place them where they are stable and have room for air to move around them.

Old battery exchange

Lead-acid batteries should not go into household waste. When we fit a new battery, we can take the old one back as part of an exchange. Mention the old battery's type and size when you contact us, and we include the exchange when we confirm the price. If you prefer, you can also bring the old battery to the store.
